Your User ID is the entire number on the back of your library card. If you have a Non-Resident library card (White Card), you do not need to put in the NR before the card number. In addition, you do not have to leave any blank spaces just type the numbers.
Your PIN number can be obtained from the library, just stop in.

The library offers a variety of interactive patron functions, including displaying current circulation status and library messages, and letting you change your PIN number.
By clicking the My Account tab at the top of the page you have access to Review My Account, User Pin Change, Renew My Materials, and Change My Address.
Once you click the My Account button you can check to see any BILLS, CHECKOUTS, or HOLDS that you have on your library card. However, you must first type in your USER ID (Library Card Number) and PIN number in the boxes provided, after doing so you need to then click the Review My Account button.
